With seamless lighting and vibrant plant-life, a network of thoughtful streetscapes promotes an interesting and safe environment for pedestrians to experience all the community has to offer: from diverse retail, restaurants, offices and homes, to lush open spaces and nature trails that ask to be explored.

While Libbie Mill is a private development, Cite Design worked carefully with the developer, county officials, and the Project for Public Spaces to envision and create a community that is open, inclusive, and enriching to all that live, work and play at Libbie Mill. Ample, strategically designed public spaces abound across the community, each crafted to attract and invite people to come together for daily happenings and events large and small.

In addition to planning and design, Cite Design applied environmental graphic design (EGD) to implement a seamless signage system, including ID monuments, place markers, wayfinding signs, and regulatory signs, creating a harmonious and intuitive experience as people move about the community.
