Cite Design teamed with HHHunt Apartments to bring year-round outdoor amenities to this new apartment community in Chesterfield.
In addition to designing the entry signage package and enhancing the landscape plantings surrounding the property, the Cite Design team worked to create meaningful gathering spaces in the interior courtyard. Anchored by a pool with a sunshelf, the courtyard features various entertainment options.
At one end of the courtyard, you will find grill stations and an outdoor serving area designed to make outdoor cooking and hosting a breeze. A standalone fireplace provides a cozy gathering area on cooler evenings.
The jewel of the Abberly courtyard is the terraced walkway that not only provides various means of access to and from the clubhouse, but it is also home to various seating options amidst thoughtful plantings. Also on Abberly grounds, Cite Design developed plans for a playground and a dog park to serve all of the community’s recreational needs.
