Designed using a charrette process, Cite Design worked alongside HHHunt to envision a 200 acre master-planned community for residents 55 and better in Goochland County.
This 508 home community brings together a classic mixture of homes and amenities to invoke a resort lifestyle all within close proximity to the area’s best shopping, dining, and entertainment conveniences.
Mosaic’s main amenity center, dubbed The Conservatory, offers residents a place to gather and socialize, complete with an outdoor kitchen, fire pit, formal garden, resort-style pool and spa, and multi-use sport courts for exciting games of pickleball and more.
